Welcome to the Hertfordshire Branch of the Fire Brigades Union website.

We invite you to join us in our various campaigns to improve the position of the Hertfordshire Fire & Rescue Service.

Herts FBU is focused above all on defending our members at work. We are also concerned with maintaining the level of service which the residents of Hertfordshire have come to expect.

The FBU represents over 85% of the uniformed staff of Hertfordshire Fire & Rescue Service.

A calender entry on the Home page regarding the AGM/BCM on 7th May 2008.

A letter to ACO Peter Hazeldine regarding the trial of CCTV cameras on Hertfordshire Fire Appliances has been added to the Letters page.

A 'BCM Minutes' page has also been added to the 'Issues' menu.
This details the minutes of the last Hertfordshire Brigade Committee Meeting.

Your union representatives have more pictures so you may put a face to the name.

The gallery has been moved to an internal site page rather than being hosted externally.
